OS 9411 - Carnival Celebration in Carnival Cruise Lines Posted May 16, 2023 Hi! We just got upgraded to this cabin. Looking at the deck plans, it looks like this is above the smoking area and 820 Biscayne. Is it loud at all hours? Is there a strong smell of smoke? Any other pros/cons? TIA!
