yep due to cruise line cancelling our 2nd cruise from canaveral we need to drive to MIA to get on another ship

I need to collect a car from canaveral and drop off in miami on the same day

fully agree and as they have already cancelled the cruise you cannot move to another date just had to rebook at a cost of £10,000 total

whats the best way to get from port of Miami to Cape Canaveral we are doing a sort of back to back in jan 2023 and need to try and get from one port to the other 

we have looked at hiring a car but the only place i can find it miami airport

this is not correct pcr are used to confirm antigen not the other way round

if you test pos at the port on a lft test ncl have to confirm with a pcr but both tests can provide 85% false positives 

NCL must allow you to see the test being completed if there are any issues and to rule out any tests being completed incorrect by staff

i just saw a tweet from ncl saying that they are now doing PCR tests at the port no LFT is this correct

this is true its 7 days in the uk but a LFT test can show pos for up to 6 months after you hvae had the virus so you cannot cruise

also the tests can show pos result for up to 6 months after so you might be unlucky

so we can fly to the USA as the CDC and the airlines are happy with the person has recovered by NCL have said they cannot accept this as a valid letter what a joke

ncl just confirmed that the 96 hours is recommended but is no way tied to any FCC refund so if you test pos at the port you will get 100% FCC

i have been talking to NCL all day and they dont really have a clue about their own rules its a nightmare

thanks its so confusing also do you know if you test positive at the port your allowed to return home non USA address to quarantine

where does it say you need another test now before the cruise 

all we have been told here in the uk is that we need a test to fly to usa and then test at the port ?

just to confirm are NCL testing at the port or is it a LFT home test as i have just seen a video on youtube stating that NCL are no longer testing at the port
