  1. The easiest way to book these and other things is to book thru a travel agent. They can make these occasions part of your booking. They'll secure the price and you're set in advance. Sure, check the web but book it thru a TA. A good TA will watch the prices and tell you when they go down.

  2. I put together lots of non-profit charity groups. I tell everyone that your name must match your current government ID card, such as Ca driver's license.

    Of course, passport should be updated. If the two don't match take marriage license and be sure to inform purser.

  3. I've cruised 167 times since 1991. Mostly on Carnival. When you pick a cabin think of your needs. Going to Alaska and bothered by 20 hours light? Maybe you want an inside cabin. Going to Hawaii and want to make the most of early morning breezes? maybe you want a balcony . Your needs will be different on each cruise. Don't go by public opinion.
