I know this has been asked before but I can't find the answer. I'm sorry. Are there irons in the rooms or any public place on the ship. Does everybody send all of there shirts to be pressed on the first night. T I A :-)

As others have stated, they don't use ice cream. Usually it is either Monin® or Island Oasis® ice cream, a pre-made mix in a cartoon that they pour and blend with ice and other ingredients.

 

Since you'll have the drink package, you can enjoy being adventurous, knowing if you don't like a drink, you can just order something else. Following is taken from a list of Royal's drinks someone posted that I saved a while back:

Not sure if it's "real ice cream" - but they make a multitude of frozen drinks that are very good!

At what bars can I get these drinks or will most bars be able to make them. Just looking for anyone's favorite bars for after dinner drinks. Will have a drink package.

I will be sailing away on the Oasis in a couple of weeks and was wondering if any bars on board will make Brandy Alexanders with real ice cream. Just looking for something for after dinner drinks. TY

I will be visiting Disney before sailing and don't really want to drive and park at the cruise ship parking,I'm on vacation, I don't like to drive..lol. I would prefer to take transportation from the resort to the cruise. Do you know if I can Or have you ever left your car parked at the resort or someplace else before cruising. Just trying to find an alternative to driving and parking at the cruise parking. Would rather stay near the park area rather then driving to the airport for transportation. TIA :-)

I don't mind paying. I was just wondering if it was possible to park at a resort or someplace else verses driving to the airport or terminal for parking.

First time on Oasis and am wondering if there is a tuxedo rental onboard that rents only the shoes. I have the rest I just need shoes. It would be easier to rent them rather then put shoes in my luggage.

Also looking for the best place to get a Brandy Alexander after dinner one night. There must be a favorite bar for this type of drink.

Can anybody tell me if there is a Laundromat/self serve laundry on the oasis. I always seem to need to do at least 1 load while cruising. Also is there a laundry service which I can send a shirt and pair of dress pants to be pressed and get back before formal night. TIA :):confused:

Can somebody tell me if Starbucks is included in the ultimate drink package on the Oasis. I see on the "Drink Package" menu that Premium coffee is included just wondering what is considered "Premium". TIA :confused:

If you can afford 2 seperate jet skis I would do that. I think its a lot of fun to drive. It only takes a couple of minutes to get the hang of it. Have fun

We were on the Jet ski excursion in May at CC and had a BLAST. As long as you can climb up the back of the jet ski in shallow water you'll be fine. Chances are extremely slim that you will fall off "for some odd reason" in deeper water and require to climb back on. You do play follow the leader, but the leader went plenty fast. I highly recommend this tour.

Looking for help picking a beach day. Going to be on the Fantasy in May stopping at Grand Cayman. Looking for a beach day. 2 offerings on the DCL site are: "Family Beach day at Tiki Beach". Only a 10 minute bus ride to beach but thinking there will be a LOT of people especially if there is more then 1 ship in port. Also they offer "Rum Point Beach Adventure" which has a 60 minute catameran ride to the beach. Not sure if it is worth the chance of getting sick from the 60 minute ride or if really not to bad. Just dont want to be sea sick the day Im trying to enjoy the beach. Has anybody done either or both of these that can give me some advice to which one would be better. I'm traveling with my DD's 19 and 21. Thanks for your help
