    Try incognito mode, deleting cookies and a different browser. If that doesn't work, send a pm to Royal on their official Facebook site. They reply within minutes there.

    Obviously if I book online I will have the opportunity to make payments going forward, but what about others? I'm looking at booking a group of 4 of us mates in, each with their own C&A numbers. Will they be able to make payments themselves through their C&A logins, or will they have to send their cash to me to make the payments?

    The other people in the cabin can pay what they want on that link. Just remember that the guest copy will only be sent to the email on file. If a guest copy is not sent automatically, you can send a pm to Royal on their official Facebook site 

     

  3. First of all, you will not get the seapass until you are onboard. If you have printed it now, then you have printed the setsail pass. 

     

    To answer your question, it's what's registered on you in the system that matter. The bar code on the setsail pass just look you up in the system. However, if you aren't able to put in your crown and anchor number, then the system will not recognize your crown and anchor number, benefits or status.

     

    I would contact whoever you booked through to check that the spelling of your name is the same as in your passport and crown and anchor number.

    You can buy a can of club soda for around $4.

    A couple of years ago on Indy, I didn't had a package and got soda fountain in the casino bar when I bought soda. That did happen over several days.

    Voyager70, I have read a little about the tutti salad bar.  What makes is special or is it just a salad bar?

     

     

    Just be aware that the app won't be fully updated until you are onboard.

    Well now RCL states there is an IT glitch in my account for which a work ticket has been submitted.  The interesting thing is they can't get to the print option on their end either.  So we will see.  I asked them if they can't print it, how will they print it for us when we arrive at the ship.  I was reassured that then they would manually do it.  Really?!?!?!  So crazy!  No clue what went wrong.  Like I said, we were paid in full in March.  My phone app has our cruise but it can't "yet be accessed".  It's now a matter of irritation and wonder about what else can/will go wrong.  Surely hope this is not an omen of things to come - our first cruise may be our last.  

     

    The app won't let you see the details of the cruise until you are closer to the cruise. 

  8. I agree with twangster that those are most likely just pending transactions, and not actual transactions. And will therefore fall off in a few days. But you can always call Royal to see if a booking actually went through. Just pick the option for existing bookings.
