We went on cruise in September and loved fortuna she made us laugh we ended up going to the bingo even though we had never played before. 

I changed my ba flight venice Heathrow and never got charged as was worried about same thing.sone flights were a supplement ranging from 20 to 40 pounds but others were same price so no upcharge 

We are staying in venice before but will still use free bus and travel back to airport via local bus that leaves piazalle roma very cheap usually 10 euros approx.

My boarding pass for 8 may oosterdam is molo bersagliera for embark and disembark. Too late for us to change flights now otherwise would stay in trieste.

8 may sailing oosterdam and ptinted off boarding pass check in now trieste not venice terminal. Assume we will get email regarding transfer as only 28 days so many of us probably will be in venice booked with flights too late to change.

Yes that's how we see it too. There seems to be a lot of people stating tests required when just recommend before boarding to take one fir safety.

Hi new to HAL. When do you get boarding passes. We are 44 days to sailing and boarding pass light on website still off so cant print. Do we use app or is it not available yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We are on 8 May cruise from Venice and told it is margera.  Cruisemapper.com lists oosterdam from margera too.  We also booked paid for flights hotel venice so hoping this is the case.

just new to HAL and wanted to know when was suggested to check in prior to cruise date .  I have filled everything in except credit card as it states it pre authorises 720 dollars prior to departure date and not sure when this is taken before I actually register my credit card.

We stayed hotel olimpia walked to piazzalle roma about 6 minutes.  There's you tube video showing walk from piazzalle roma to olimpia hotel.  Hotel is fantastic.

We are lucky we have our own house here in murcia as retired and spend a lot of time here in winter playing golf.  However never stayed this long before! so we are a lot better off than some who are stuck here. there are a very few hotels open for people who are stuck but costing them a fortune. you get one flight a day from barcelona or madrid but nothing down here at all. the flights get filled up but then travelling to barcelona or madrid not really recommended at the moment. our flight cancelled again we have two on the go now lookinig at mid may but realistically I think we will be here until mid june.

Hoping that things improve as was really looking forward to the cruise and never been to madeira or lisbon before.

hopefully we will get there...

you are the same cruise as us i think on 28th september from southampton.

currently we are stuck in spain. we have been here in murcia since 25th february and cannot get home. our flight cancelled on 21st march. we only had a days notice of lock down here and now had 10 cancelled flights....still dont know when we get home to uk.

our lockdown here is very strict.  we are now into our 6th week coming up and no exercise no going out at all. only 1 person and so strict.  however it does appear to be working. areas like madrid barcelona and northern spain hit the worst. here in murcia we have lowest figures of spain. monday they let the builders back to work but only in houses not in communal apartment areas etc and with certain restrictions.

its been hard but hopefully things will get better. lookiing forward to our cruise end september.maggie

Hi see all beverage packages increased, anybody know if alcohol prices bought individuallynot on package also increased by same percentage or just loaded the packages. New to celebrity and want to check before sailing in may whether to purchase package or not by 20 April. Thanks for any help.
