I'll keep it brief!
Got Classic and want premium.
Do the crew get any extra if I upgrade onboard?
Will it cost the same?
Online about £9 per day plus service charge.
On the silhouette from Rome round a few Greek islands and Israel.
Thanks in advance

Thanks everyone. Clear as mud to me now!
I will pack the tux though!

It is interesting that the photo you gave the link to is on the uk website but not the us site. And yes, the man with the jacket does appear to have a t-shirt on under the jacket. You might see someone dressed similarly, but it would not be the norm. The t-shirt, in this case, isn't the typical souvenir type shirt, bedecked with advertising.
I was planning on much the same look as the guy in the photo. Plain smart v neck t shirt with a jacket over the top. Saves on the luggage as I could wear the t shirt the next day around the pool.

Here he is again, leaving Blu. He looks a bit to happy, if he's been turned away for being underdressed!

Looks like the Tuscan grill.

Thanks everyone for the responses.
I think I'll see what deal I can get onboard. It sounds like I should be able to save at least as much as the packages with a little negotiation!

The dress code states that t shirts are not allowed for men in the evening.
When I look on the website under food and drink, the first picture you see is of a man with his wife and another couple sat In a restaurant wearing a t shirt!
I would like to wear a plant t shirt with a blazer and chinos some evenings.
It's my First cruise with Celebrity and I want to make sure I pack the right clothes.
Also is it worth bringing along the tux?
I'm on a 12 night Med and Israel trip in October.
Thanks..

I've got a 12 cruise coming up and I'd like to try all the restaurants over the course of the trip. I see I can pre book a 4 night package and save about 33% on individual prices.
I understand that they book you in one of the restaurants for the 1st or 2nd night. Is this mandatory? I was thinking that if there is a good discount offered for those nights onboard, I could book that in addition to the package and use the package later in the cruise.
If We are not to worried about when we have dinner would I be better to just book individually on board to save a few extra ££'s over a package.
Lastly I don't see sushi on 5 included in any pre book options, is this just a a-carte venue, or do they also offer pacakages and discounts on board?
Thanks.

Do they ever offer discounts onboard?

Are you allowed to bring a couple of bottles at each port during the cruise? I was planning of a day or two at a winery and would like to enjoy a bottle or two on the balcony.

I want to upgrade my drinks package from classic to prem. is the cost the same onboard as calling ahead?

Sorry if I didn't make myself clear. I understand that I get two cards for the room. What I wasn't sure about was if we could both assign our own credit cards to the room and pay our bills independently, or are we only able to regester one card?

Traveling with a buddy in October. Can we separate our bank cards for our onboard expenditure? Or will we just have to split the damage at the end?

I'm on a 8 night westbound crossing next week. Am I allowed to purchase liquor to enjoy in my state room, or will it be kept until our arrival? I know I can pack a bottle or two, but I thought this way would keep our luggage lighter.

I enjoy a glass with the cheese board.

i have a very nice bottle of port and would like to enjoy it after dinner in the restaurant. I know you can pay corkage for normal wine. Does this rule apply for port?

I've tried Todd English but I haven't eaten at the others. I really enjoyed prime on the queen elizabeth. I would like to know if there was something similar on the qm2. Also interested to know what the carvery and Italian are like.

Has anyone dined in lido area resturants in the evening? I understand there are three options on rotation. What is the best and are any not worth the $10?
Thanks

can anyone tell me the price to use the spa pool and steam room? I can't find the prices anywhere.
Can you upgrade from classic to premium online?

I’ve always waited until I’m onboard. It’s the same price and the crew get the gratuity instead of it all going to the company. Pick a bar tenderer you like at your favourite bar a to do the upgrade with and you will be looked after for the rest of the trip.
