Thank you. I think my only other option for my price range is a cabin on deck 2 but am I right in thinking that there is also restricted access on this deck. is it better or worse than deck 3. Thanks

Hello
I was really pleased to get a cabin on deck 3 because it seemed to be in the centre of lots of things. My cabin is 3630. But I have just read that because of the ice rink, you cannot walk through from one end of the ship to another, but you have to take the lift up at one end, walk through and down the other. My mother has walking difficulties and I am a bit concerned about it. I am worrying over nothing? Thank you.

Thank you DonnaK. I knew they had clubs but wondered where they publicised activities and things for them to do.

Hello. I have looked at a couple of activity programmes that have been kindly put onto the cc site, but when looking through the activities each day, there is nothing about what the teenagers can do, either in their clubs or just general activities. I thought there was a teen disco, but it was not mentioned at all. Do teenagers have their own activity programme? or how do they know what is happening each day? Thank you

Hello - Apart from Grease, are there any other big shows on the 8 day cruise. Are they on every day? Also what are the ice shows like and are they on daily? Thanks

I tried the free drinks for my teens on the Carnival Vista. They were not impressed. I may purchase one package and get them to share.

Thank you. The kids are definitely getting the cheaper version. Shame its the same price as adults. Do they ever do offers on the $8.50 version?

Hi - this is what the link says - A $15 USD corkage fee (a charge exacted at a restaurant for every bottle of wine served that was not bought on the premises), per 750 ml bottle, will be charged should guests wish to consume their wine or champagne in the main dining room, steakhouse or bar.
Are you still charged $15 if you don't want to take the bottle to the dining room? It is very confusing

Thanks, but do you have to pay for the wine and soda coming onboard?

Hi
Can anyone tell me what drinks can be taken onto the Vista. I am on the Europe sailing but when I sailed on the Sunshine I saw people bringing in soft drinks (soda).
On the Europe sailings can I bring any alcohol on-board and do they charge for this. Also how much soft drinks (soda) can I take on-board and do I have to pay for this as well.
Thank you.

Hi there. I have booked onto the Vista for next August and have just checked the price of the excursions to Rome and the Vatican. £200 per person. Wow. Does anyone know of any cheaper options as £800 for 4 people is very expensive. I am happy to share a coach with others if necessary. What has other sailors done in the past?
Thanks

thank you everyone, very helpful. As usual :D

Hi. I have just returned from Carnival Sunshine and it was amazing. I am very tempted to book the Vista next year and have a few questions:
1. Are the kids clubs for 12 – 14 and 15 – 17 year olds available on the Vista
2. Is there an outdoor cinema to watch movies and is it free, I loved watching movies under the stars
3. Do you have to pay for the indoor cinema
4. What restaurants are included in the cost
5. Is the seafood restaurant free

Hello everyone
I have booked onto the Carnival Sunshine in August and I am staying in cabin 1546 with my mum and two children. Has anyone stayed in this or similar cabins? Can you please let me know what it was like and how close it is to the action. Thank You.

I have just been looking at the different dining options on the Carnival Sunshine. Am I right in thinking that you have to pre-book your meal time, you are allocated a table, which cannot change and then you have to only eat at that time at the same table. I struggled to understand how this works - have I got it very wrong? Can't you just dine whenever you want to at any time?
Also, I thought the food was all included in the price, and I just saw something saying the Carnival steakhouse resteraunt was $35 per person. I thought this would be included. Do you pay for other resteraunts as well?
Can someone please explain to a very stupid person how the eating and dining process works on Carnival ships.
Thanks (feeling really silly!)

Hello - a new cruiser here
I have booked my carnival sunshine cruise. How do I find out about things like the entertainment, resteraunts, activities etc. I couldn't see anything on the carnival website and would like to start planning what to do onboard.
Can the experienced cruisers please help me.
thanks

Hello
I am going on this cruise with my two children, a girl aged 12 and boy aged 14. Has anyone booked on this cruise yet? Particularly if they have kids of similar age to mine.
I have never been on a cruise before so I would love any tips and hints, especially about keeping kids entertained. I booked on a whim and don't really know what to expect.
If you are flying over from England then I would definitely like to say hello.
Thanks

Thanks everyone. I am a bit disappointed but never mind. I was on the Carnival Vista last year, which was a big ship and I (eventually) was able to find my way around. I guess I just need to plan.
