whether it's COVID or Dry Dock >> Princess only knows. For Cruisers coming into Canadian Ports the regulations are that all passengers and crew must be fully vaccinated.. I have two cruises booked r/t Vancouver , so I hope the cruise lines and Cdn. Govt. have got it all together.
For a person who has been in house arrest for almost three years due to COVID it sure would be nice to cruise again.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR REPLIES
Think I got the answer need as I didn't want to look at a drink gratuity charge on my bill at the end of the cruise. These major cruise lines that offer these inclusive packages don't say that the gratuity is included or not .
From the replies received I noted that one cruise line offers this inclusive package but you have to pay the drink gratuity.
Also from personal experience I saw a great cruise and all inclusive package from a travel agency but the fine print indicated that you had to pay the drink gratuity. Just recently I switched cruise lines from one that offered an inclusive to one that offered none of the goodies and saved $300 PP..
So the take away from this is check the fine print and like JOEBUCKS says
Free is not always free.

Many, if not most, of Celebrity's cruises have what they call Always Included - with gratuities, WIFI and an alcoholic beverage package included in the fare. And there are no per drink added gratuities since the drink gratuities are included in the beverage package that is part of the fare.

These are being offered by some major cruise lines , but what I want to know is that drink tax of 15%-18% an add on to your billing .
So if anyone has had these included packages on their cruise, did you encounter an extra charge on your final billing. for this drink tax.

SORRY FOR YOUR EXCHANGE PROBLEM >> BUT IF YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS
TRAVEL INSURANCE YOU COULD INQUIRE AS TO A CLAIM.
SUGGEST YOU FIND A GOOD CDN TRAVEL AGENCY ALSO APPLY FOR A
A U.S, FUND CREDIT CARD >> ANNUAL FEES AND TERMS VARY WITH EACH COMPANY BUT WELL WORTH THE EXCHANGE HAZARDS.

Cruise Drink Package offered by travel agency plus
other perks, Well if you took the drink package guess
what you have to pay the drink gratuity>15%.>18% per
day, per person times cruise days equals more $$$$.
Read the Fine Print.
Quebec City to New York Sept 2023
in Canadian Cruisers

depending on where you dock >> Quebec City >>> you can walk up to the Chateau Frontenac Hotel and the Old City from the docks there are escalators and trams to the area from the street of the dock area. Charlottetown >> you might want to see Anne of Green Gables House >> go on your own but better if you take a ships tour, think they top this off with a PEI lobster lunch. Sydney & Halifax >>> your docked close to town so can walk to town centre and Halifax Harbour has a lot of sights in the area. Don't forget to try the PEI Mussels for lunch. >> Peggy's Cove is a good place to see. >>> Bar Harbour Maine>> took taxi downtown to have Boston claim chowder at Jordan Pond House.
Hope this helps !
