I dont see 30% off ,but Australians are always ripped off
I can confirm the prices have changed for Australians.
A few weeks ago I looked at the price of the "Replenish Package" and it was $39.90AUD per day and now it comes up as $27.72AUD per day... a saving of $12.18AUD each day.

That's just it, the drinks packages are not going to offer value for everyone, and it's good that you know that for yourself. Many may buy thinking it's 'the thing to do' and Royal will make a huge profit ..which of course is what they are relying on.
On the other hand, $480 for a 12 night cruise seems more than reasonable to us. It really is an individual thing.

That would be a good price if it included alcoholic beverages, but it doesn't.

That is only while the ship is in Australia. In the US, smoking is allowed in the casino, unfortunately. I believe the OP will be on the ship to Alaska.
Smoking by the pool and solarium might as well be inside. We avoided the starboard side of the pool and solarium.
Ah yes, apologies... that would be the case.
Mind you, can never tell by smell that the ships that come to Australia and do their seasons here ever had smoking in the casinos... so that is kudos to the staff on board who keep it smelling clean. Usually it is hard to remove the smell of smoke from carpets, curtains etc.

I have been both on Rhapsody of the Seas and Explorer of the Seas to both the South Pacific and New Zealand and the only places you could smoke were outside on two sections of the decks. No smoking in the indoor areas at all.

Well I have never purchased a drinks package and it doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon.
Cannot justify spending $480 AUD on the replenish drinks package for a 12 night cruise... I will just buy the drinks I would normally get and pay much less than that.
I think the only time I will get a drinks package is if it comes included in a cruise at some stage.

Thank you.

I am going on the Celebrity Century very soon and was wondering from those who have been on this ship before if they have free drinks around the place?
When I say free drinks, I mean like the almost like bubbled cordials etc they offer in the buffet areas? Some ships also have these stations around at various places on the ship to get free water, cordials etc.
Thanks.

I wonder if this impacts my Celebrity Century cruise on 19th November?

Agree 100%.
Went on Explorer in February and it was the most stable cruise ship I have ever been on.
