I am having the exact same problem with an American Express card.   Used the same card a week ago on another cruise and cannot use it for the next one.   Frustrating.  Trying to call Carnival means you wait on hold for hours before getting anyone. 

4133 will have a bit of an angle for a view but at least you will have natural light. We will also be on the Hawaii cruise of Dec 6th but an interior room on the Verandah deck.

Here are a few photos of the view from Cabin 4132. They lowered the lifeboats for maintenance/inspection one day in Cabo San Lucas. The one side of the french doors opens but a handrail is directly in front. You can just look out and lean on the handrail. There is a partial view between the lifeboats and the natural light is nice.
