Sailing on MSC Meraviglia NY to Miami in Oct/Nov.
Would anyone know whether they serve Coca Cola or Pepsi brand soft drinks onboard.
Thankyou

Joining ship tomorrow. Apparently delayed, and arriving late, yet she appears not to far from Sunshine Coast.
Any ideas? Ta.

My wife and l are taking Grand Daughter on Aria, this School Holidays, and this seemed to answer all of my questions. If l may add one.
We are new to P&O, and are more familiar with Cunard, thus do l need a suit, or would a jacket and trousers be suitable for dinner etc. Thanks.

We have been there before, but due to the late notice of being on the cruise we booked on through the ship.

Very interesting discussion, and was wondering where Hong Kong, or for that matter Taiwan come into the A,B,C transit mix?

My wife and l are about to take our first p&o [emoji636] Cruise, from Brisbane to Hong Kong. We have sailed previously on Cunard, however l was hoping to seek a little early clarification:
1. From what l have read l assume Ex Military OBC is not applicable for Australians?
2. You can bring onboard 1 litre of alcohol for cabin usage? What about soft drink?
3. Would anyone have a copy of a drinks package list?
4. I note we have four black tie evenings. If required l would bring these, but was wondering would an appropriate suit and tie, and not long gown for my wife be acceptable? We were simply hoping not to carry all the excess clothing for our onward journey.
Thank you all. [emoji3][emoji3]

Well sadly we disembarked QV this morning in SFO after an excellent voyage from Sydney. It was indeed a pleasure to meet and chat with Safarigal and her husband. Met some amazing people, and if l had any regrets it was drinking too many 'Cosmopolitans' in the Commodore Club and Hemispheres.
But, there again, how can that be a regret. [emoji15]

Hi all. Have enjoyed reading your exploits across the waves (& indeed within the confines of the various bars).
I guess we will be one of the 1000 to join you tomorrow.
The ship looks magnificent in the harbour. [emoji3][emoji3]

After ready all of the above, l just rechecked our Westpac Altitude Black, and within the policy document could not find the word cruise anywhere. I came across the word 'ferry', so l rang and sought clarification.
They provided written clarification that 'ferry' includes cruises!
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
We will still purchase private insurance, but my inlaws are over 70' and this seems there best option. We are sailing Sydney to San Francisco.

Looks like quite a few Queenslanders boarding QV in Sydney.

We were in 11005 for 26 days. OK more forward than 11081, but l found the benefits exceptional. Just a very short and easy stroll to the forward observation area. The barely used exterior lift goes direct to the Commodore Club and Deck 7. I alwAys found it quiet, as the Ships Senior Officers are just down the hall. Very close to a laundry, which from where we were was devoid of commotion.
No drama whatsoever with any weather!! Great sailing!

Hi, can anyone advise if there are full length Mirrors in the Balcony Staterooms on QV.
We recall having one on QM2 last year, unable to find one one the Cunard or YouTube Websites.
Tks.[emoji3]

We always grab a taxi or maxi cab. No having to find the transport, booking or advance payment. Just grab your luggage and join the taxi line.
Then you are in control of everything.
Safe trip. [emoji3]
