We did the jewel of Fiji tour also in Suva and it was probably the highlight of our cruise. You can book direct for about half the cost (I think it may have been discover Fiji). We actually booked with them two years ago and didn't make it due to a cyclone. They had already refunded our money before we had even had a chance to email them

Yes I had that exact problem. I booked for four of us and then added the other four to all our bookings as soon as we boarded. It worked out fine but frustrating you can't do it beforehand

if you book with RCI direct you definitely can. I have a booking on the voyager in March also and have been keeping an eye on prices for this very reason. you can benefit from price drops up until 150 days prior to sailing. I booked another cruise in the WOW sale just yesterday and double checked this again. I'm not sure about using a travel agent it wouldn't hurt to ask. I know some charge a fee to do the re-pricing but $1000 difference is a lot. up until recently was only the US that honoured price drops but we Aussies can now take advantage of this too which is great

I sailed on the voyager earlier this year with a 4 and 7 yr old. My kids both loved the ship and had a great time but in my opinion the dream works experience is not a significant aspect of the cruise experience. My kids most of the time were too busy to worry about getting photo opportunities which apart from the parade and a dance the characters performed at one of the sailaways is all that really happens. The dream works breakfast is very early in the morning and you have to pay for it so we didn't worry about it. We are booked on the explorer for next year and I told my kids there were no characters on board and they weren't worried in the slightest so I wouldn't be too concerned

I was in the same situation a few weeks ago but once we boarded the voyager we had a card in our room confirming our $750 obc so all was good
