We were very unimpressed with Harvest Caye. The beach is not nice at all. We did go on an excursion off island to go rafting. The rafting was very fun, but it takes a long time to get there with the ferry to the mainlaind and then a long bus ride. Although Norwegian had this down as a 5 hour trip, our meeting time was at 9:20 and we didn't return until 3:45! The ship was actually waiting for us, which was ok because we were on a trip excursion. The long bus ride did give us a chance to see a lot of real Belizean villages which I enjoyed very much. There are much prettier beaches in Honduras or Cozumel if you want a beach day in my opinion.

There are places you can store luggage at Miami beach, just google search. We did that, spent a couple hours at Miami beach, then took an Uber to FLL for $35.

We got an Uber and it was $35 from FLL to Port of Miami

Thank you in advance-
Previously we have tendered into Belize City. We really want to do cave tubing. Is it possible to do a tubing excursion from Harvest Caye location? X-Stream?
Thanks so much!
There is no cave tubing by Harvest Caye. They do have tube trips on nearby rivers, but there are no caves...

So weird. It is showing excursions at all the stops except harvest caye. I will have to call them

So is it weird that there are no NCL excursions listed for April 14th sailing yet? I definitely want to get off Harvest Caye.

So are there NCL excursions at this stop? I am booked on the April 14th Jade sailing and there are no excursions listed for this stop yet.

We are booked for the Fjord cruise on the Norwegian Star for June 5th with our 2 year old. We obviously won't be able to see as much with him, but I think it will still be a good time and we can play outside in nature a lot (if the weather holds up). I'm really excited although a bit nervous!

We used them in April. We did the Chaccoben Ruins and the Lagoon. We had our 4 year old with us. This extreme tour cost less than the ruins only tour NCL offered. We went in a small van and learned a lot on the trip as well as at the ruins. Then we went to the Bacalar Lagoon Resort for a home cooked lunch, drinks and swimming and kayaking at the pretty lagoon. We stopped for some fresh pineapple on the way back to the port and they were very cognizant of the time when the ship was leaving. I highly recommend.
