Oilers fan

We are going to be in Tortola in March. We have a group of 16 .Do you think it would still be possible to negotiate a tour dockside on the day of the stop? I have been trying to research independent tours ( sight seeing and a beach stop) and haven't had much luck.

Does anyone have any ideas? it would be very much appreciated.

We will be sailing into Glenock. I am at loss as to what is worth seeing and doing in the area. The cruise ship tours seem very expensive and nothing is really exciting me.? Does anyone have any suggestions?
