Travelinbears, I hope your Covid is mild too. I really don't feel sick. I had been having Allergy problems, so if Covid occured, thought it was the same problem I have had all along. I was so shocked when the positive test happened. My husband is negative.
Same here....like a slight cold. I was surprised also. Husband was negative.

I was really surprised on the New Years cruise on the Grand, that the bars had stools and were crowded with people all unmasked . Crooners was so crowded from mid afternoon till the wee hours. When we were on the Majestic in Oct-Nov, they had removed all bar stools at all bars. You ordered your drink and walked away with it.We would leave our masks on until we found an isolated area to sit and then we drank our drink.
I think we were on the same cruise....Mexico and coastal.

When I was on for the New Years cruise on the Grand, someone walked around telling people to put their masks on. I told the guy you need to tell them to cover their noses. A row in back of us, the older ladies all had their noses peaking out. We left the theatre because there was a definite lack of compliance. They come in with drinks and just leave the masks off.
I tested positive for Covid on Monday and missed the current Hawaii cruise. We are so careful and are always masked with KN95. May have gotten it on the ship but we will never know.Don't know if this is the beginning or the end of my infection.I am isolating right now.
I hear you....we too were supposed to be on this cruise and instead I am isolating at home after testing positive. So careful, but got it somehow.

Thank you, a little more than the approx $150 we paid but not much & certainly worth it if you have a lot of shipboard credit...it has been so confusing trying to follow the many threads about pre-ordering v. on board & discount for platinum/elite...
Agree. I too thank you all. We will purchase pre-cruise. One more thing to get done early.

We didn't get Princess Plus for upcoming Hawaii cruise. Will wifi cost the same if we pre-purchase or purchase onboard? I have gotten so many different responses.

I have only heard of one person (on social media...no ship's announcement about test results or such) who tested positive, he is in isolation with his wife who decided to isolate with him even though she was negative...they were moved to the quarrantine section on the Aloha deck...he said they can get what they want through room service & the app...he thinks they will retest in 2 days but will not be able to get off in Honolulu even if they are negative then
Thanks for answering. I guess I would do the same thing. That is what my husband is worried about the most, I think.

I am concerned about the testing done. Were there any positive tests results and if so what happens then?

Second question was regarding Amenity Kits
What are Amenity Kits?

Thanks for the info. So just to make sure I understand correctly. You can order Specialty coffees, or other drinks, and they are delivered to you anywhere, even in your cabin, at no charge if you have the drinks package?
Thanks again,

EZAir used for trip to Europe. Our flight got changed after we were on the plane, and there were 6 of us (unrelated) on the flight to board a Princess cruise ship in Copenhagen. We were immediately booked on another flight. They were figuring out the flight as we got off the plane. Then on top of getting us on another direct flight later that day, Alaska also comped us $200 on a future flight. We were very happy. I and believe it was because we booked through Princess.

Sounds like a great plan. Like I said..win win.

Will the $39 accumulate?

Thanks. I think this would be a fun thing to do, especially if we are planning on booking a cruise in the near future. Win, win situation.

Was wondering what you paid for parking while you were onboard?
