Currently on Indy, planned this solo cruise three months ago when hubby told me to go for it since it’s been on my bucket list and nothing was going to stop me. Here’s some pictures along with my thoughts, noticed there been some subtle changes but I’m ok with that.

Sail away, waiving at everybody on shore and it’s just a beautiful sunny 38 degree kinda day.

Not too many people on pool deck and no chair hogs thank goodness, just chilling and catching up on my reading.

Don’t care for the pool but hot tub is nice and I found some ducks! So happy I got the deluxe drink package, pool service is kinda slow so no tip for them.

Getting ready for dinner, post more pictures soon.

Great!  This is what all of our cruises this spring will be, I'm afraid!  Love it!

  2. This is my first post on cruise critic. Kind of intimidating! But, my husband and I are booking a transatlantic cruise on the Silhouette for April, 2016. I would like to know if anyone has any advice as to the ship, the staterooms, the best place to book, etc. Just some general information to get me started. We have taken 2 other Transatlantic cruises on Celebrity...the Constellation both times...and loved it! This time we are looking at the Silhouette because it will be headed to Southampton in April. I know it is early to start planning but just would like any kind of advice or words of wisdom that anyone wants to share! We are looking at veranda/aqua class. We had Aqua last time on the Constellation and absolutely loved the food and the service in Blu! We were also very pleased with the Spa.

Thank you in advance, Fellow Cruisers, for any advice you can give.:)
