I have a question for you seasoned MSC cruisers

Ok our first time to sail MSC. As a general rule how many upgrade emails do they send out. We have received 2 and they are terrible almost a joke. Do they lower their upgrade options closer to sailing date. We are 17 days out

Hola - no guacamole

gelato and crepes - no crepes 

Irish pub - several beers unavailable

buffet- ice machine not working 

always out of juice 

guest relations were rude - had a strange $300 charge on our account - they told me to come back tomorrow - and was annoyed w me for even asking 

on and on and on.... 

Heard on last day they were short 500 crew members - unacceptable!

won't cruise MSC again ! 

 

 

 

Cruising on this ship in January first time on MSC. Hope it is better. Seems MSC gets alot of negative reviews

Don't stress or over think anything, It's a vacation and should be enjoyed. When I step on to the ship my worries leave me. Let the sea calm you and have fun. That's what your there for
