We'll be on the Seaside in February. Our first MSC cruise also. I would gladly skip the Bahamas and go somewhere else but want to visit Puerto Rico and St. Maarten again.

We only have a couple inches of snow here in Michigan right now but it's cold. We'll be on the dream 2/19.
-
We sail on the Dream on Feb. 14th also. We've been on ships with Guys Burgers and I don't think they're all that they're cracked up to be. I like Guy Fieri on his shows though. I much prefer a Five Guys burger if you have one around your house that is.

I saw it also. It's just missing the horn at the end.

DJ was also playing on Lido but his music was more subdued than in our previous cruises.
Our DJ on the Conquest last year reminded me of Vanilla Ice. He was actually good as far as DJ's go. I like the steel drum also and wouldn't mind a mix of both.

Omg..so excited to know this. We will be on the Dream in 2 weeks 😄😄😄😄😄
We'll be on the same cruise. I like the steel drum also.

We'll be leaving out of New Orleans on the Dream Feb. 14. I think the pools will be too cold. They may warm up the following day once out in the gulf. The pools aren't heated.

We use https://www.squaremouth.com/. It runs about $100 for a family of four. You can pick your coverages.

I looked up a funtimes online and it showed that the pools were open from 7am-12am and 8am-12am depending on which pool. This was from a year or so ago but it sounds about right. I don't believe any pool on the ships are heated. They can be quite cold until you get out to sea a bit.

It was Kat and Kitty when we went this past February. We spent a few nights there, Kat was great.

I think Miller Lite comes in aluminum bottles. I usually drink something different though. As far as coffee creamers, we bring out own single serve creamers that don't require refrigeration. And, we bring our own disposable coffee cups with sippy lids. They hold much more than the cups provided by Carnival and it's much easier to walk around and not spill it.

We just got an upgrade email yesterday and I called about it. We moved from deck 6 to the Lido deck for $40 on the Dream. I was told that all the rooms are the same size on the ship, but some balconies may be larger. This is obviously different for a suite. I wouldn't book a room without having rooms above and below us. We once had a room over a theater and all I heard was the bass from the music.

I choose to buy more micro sd cards and just edit the video when I get home. I don't want to spend my vacation doing it.

Fujifilm Finepix S9250 $119.99
You have to purchase it today on BestBuy's website "Deal of the Day" and have it shipped.

I found this track of the Triumph which I believe is current.
The link didn't work but it's on *********** It shows the Triumph making several circles which appears to be a search.

I've taken my digital SLR to all of those places and didn't have a problem. Cell phones take decent photos until you want to blow them up and frame them, my opinion anyway. I would get a decent point and shoot camera for photos if you don't want to spend alot. They can be had for $100 'ish everywhere. These cameras can be put out of sight in your pocket if you're worried about theft.
Also, can you take a memory card out of your phone? I can't, my phone is sealed. With an actual camera, you can take multiple memory cards. I change my card out everyday and leave it in the ship's safe in case something happens to my camera. That way, we don't lose all of the memories.

Neat videos. I like the steel drum music.

I bring disposable coffee cups with lids, about 16 oz size I think, and a refillable water bottle.
