  1. Thank you so much, glad to be able to have a confirmation on the layout. I can see from the floor plans that there is a divider/door. But when I called MSC directly, they told me it was all open. I knew the rep was wrong. lol. :)

  2. I have booked and S3 suite for my upcoming cruise on Fantasia:confused:. Initially I booked 9009, I want to be port side leaving Venice. Then I saw close up pictures of the balcony and wanted to change. I rang MSC and changed to 11009. The operator asked if I was sure as she said to me that there is a difference of 2m in size between them (11009 being the smaller).

Has anyone sailed in these cabins and can they tell me if 11009 still has the seperate bedroom ? On the deck plans it doesn't have a line drawn to indicate a separate bedroom (but nor does the royal suite) however 9009, 9010 and 10007 and 10008 do.

    Hi Janet,

How was your cruise? I have the same questions as you. I'm sailing MSC Divina in the summer & have booked the S3 Aurea Exp cabin 10008. I cant seem to figure out the room layout, is there a separation, is there a door between the two room? If you can kindly tell me about the cabin layout or perhaps have picture that would help too! Did you also have the aurea exp? What was that like? Thanking you in advance!!!

  3. That video is awesome!! Thank you so much for posting it. I'm hoping that is what our room will look like as it is the the front corner unit, doesnt matter how you slice it, it is the same shape, & layout. YAY! I will post pictures once I return! Travelling with kids, 12 & 16 it will be nice to have the space & dividers for all of us!!! Really excited, can't wait for summer!!!

  4. Mikesa,

Thank you so much for the pictures! I'm so happy to know that we do have a separation between the two living spaces!! YAY! Do you have any photos of the balcony? Did you find it windy, people say you can open the sliding door cuz its at the front of the ship, but to me it looks as if the room really is on the side. Thanks again! Made my day!!

  5. Can anyone tell me what their experience was with the "Aurea Experience" Was it easy to book the massages on the ship, or should i book them online now before my july 2015 cruise. I was told i can have dinner anywhere without any reservations, excluding Le Muse (YC only) and there are 2 other restaurants Eataly & Steakhouse, which are extra in cost. Was there any issues with dinning at any time you wanted? Also, I have the choice of having inroom breakfast, was it better than going to buffet for breakfast? Any overall input about the aurea exp, i would appreciate. with regards to the private sundeck for YC & aurea passengers only, did you find it crowded and what services, ie, food & drinks available. Thanks again!

  6. I am booked for a med cruise this summer. On the deck plans for my cabin I see dividers, & opening ( for a door/separation) from the living area & bedroom. My room layout is exactly like the YC royal suite on above deck 16. When I call MSC and ask if the room is dividing into two rooms as the floor plans show, they tell me its an open space. However, take a look for yourself, on the deck the plans, corner cabin at the front of the ship cabin 10008 ( aurea balcony suite) it shows a division. I have searched & googled every site to see if anyone has commented on this room. Pls if someone can advise me. Thank you!!

  7. Thank you so much!! I'm new to this site. And its nice to see how helpful everyone can be to one another. I have noticed you have sailed with MSC many times. In your opinion how does it fair to some of the other liners you have sailed with? I have sailed with Disney Magic,(carribbean) where the service & experience was impeccable!! And I also did a med cruise with holland america, which was a chartered ship for the company I work for. I found it in no comparison to Disney, however, I still enjoyed it. Some of the reviews for Divina Msc scare me. lol. The things important to me, cleaniness, and i have read about dirty pillows & sheets. Carts left in hallways. I realize you can't please everyones appetite, however, as long as food is fresh & the right temperature I'm good. But I'm hearing that food temps are off??? I also went with the Aurea expereince, which has quite a few perks, hoping this will make the difference in the experience. Pls let me know about your expertise exp, from all your cruising, if you don't mind. Thank you :)
