  1. No baggage drop off just Sky Class folks, just Star.

Suite entrance is clearly marked, it is also the very first entrance.

Diamond drinks, outside of the Diamond Lounge when you get a drink at bar the vouchers are on your card. No paper coupons, outside of the benefit sheet.

Look at the attached file. The wines and beers listed are the complimentary ones during the day.

    Thank you...

We embark on Sat. also as 'Sky'. and first cruise as Diamond.

    Couple of questions please:

At the cruise terminal is there any special bag drop for "sky" or just regular baggage drop?

was suite entrance at the terminal clearly marked?

for the complimentary Diamond evening drinks are they vouchers or pre-loaded on your card?

are beer and wine complimentary during the day in the Suite Lounge?

any special tips you have maximize the Sky experience would be appreciated

    Thanks!

  3. Is FNDR available for anyone to book? (not just Suites or Diamond and above?) Other dining is open for booking now, but not FNDR. Or is it offered to you by email invitation? I have never, in over 10 years of cruising with RCL, ever received an email, except for receipts for excursions, dining, etc.

    TIA!

Sorry I just don't know what the acronym is.... "FNDR" stands for ?

    Thanks!

  4. I am happy to report that Rob was able to punch holes in our cards and did not damage the RFID. We got them punched in the middle of the card about a half inch down, below the picture of the North Star itself, actually on the bottom of the connector piece.

Amusingly, I've had a couple of people come up to me asking if my card still worked, since they saw it on a lanyard. They had tried punching their own cards and broke the them. One person had it in the corner, not sure where the other was. I explained to them where it had to be punched. Both were quite excited to get the info and were going to try it again.

    Hi All,

We have a trip on Harmony in a few weeks and would like to punch holes in our SeaPass cards for the same reasons the O.P. listed in their earlier posts....since we're not on ship with a NorthStar logo on the cards (per instructions above) ...not sure where to punch the hole safely (without damaging it)...Does anyone have a picture of a correctly punched RFID card or an xray of the card so I can figure out where to punch it without hitting the chip or the antenna?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    :-)

  5. Brandon, please find my answers above in red. Hopefully it helps. If you think of anything else please ask. Enjoy your cruise and have a blast.

Thank you Andrew I really appreciate you taking the time to answer all my questions Thank You! I'll be sure to check in with you after our Trip next month with anything I think you may find useful, but given the number of times you've been on the Oasis Class ships, that may be a challenging task :-)

On a separate note your Grand Cherokee piqued my interest (as I'm in the market to replace my wife's Suburban) since she requires 3 rows I stumbled across the Durango SRT as a good candidate...check out this clip:

Thanks again for your time. -Cheers

  6. Hi Andrew,

Thank you for a great review (I read all of it, and checked out the scopes)! :D:D

I have a few Suite questions if you could please answer :-)

My family and I will be on Harmony in mid May (Eastern itinerary) in a Royal Family Suite (Sky Class?). We are familiar with the ‘old’ Suite services but now it’s all changed (Star, Sky, Sea) ... :-) so I have a few questions I was hoping you could answer:

    • On embarkation day If we arrive early around 10:45am or so, do they let suite guests on the ship any earlier than normal?...and you said no special Suite Baggage drop area correct?

    • Is there a special Suite entry area to the terminal?

    • If the Sea Pass cards are now found in the cabin (after 1:00pm), can you get access to the suite lounge/Coastal Kitchen before 1:00p.m. without the sea pass cards on embarkation day?

    • As a “regular” suite guest can you still get into shows without reservations?

    • Are reservations required for the Coastal Kitchen for dinner?

    • Are alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) complimentary in the suite lounge during the day?

    • Do they still do the ‘officer’s brunch’ and Bridge tours for suite guests?

    • Any other special tips to you can think of maximize the suite experience...it’s a substantial added expense (as you know) so was hoping not to miss any special opportunities :-)

Thank you so much for your time and patience:)

    -Brandon

  7. Thank you for this question, I'll be on Harmony on May 20th and will be first time as a Diamond and will be fortunate to have a full suite...I have never boarded early in the past, but wanted to give it a try this trip ...Is there an early boarding process for Suite passengers? if so what time should we arrive at the port if we want to be one of the first to board?

    Thanks!
