Hey

We have been looking for a quiet hotel for one night in Fort Lauderdale before our cruise. We have reserved the Nobleton Hotel, mainly as the reviews are good on trip advisor and its great value, its kind of a boutique hotel rather than huge chain, and it's Roughly $15 uber back to port everglades going by uber estimate.

Has anyone stayed here before?? Or this part of the area?

We won't arrive at the hotel until 4pm... Seems silly to pay super money for 17hrs! But value your contributions as we have never been to Fort Lauderdale before.

Thanks John. I found the uber price estimate link on their website. So that helps with the budgeting.

Our cruise goes early October. Don't really want to pay more than $150 a night... That's $500 for the 3 spare nights we have not on a ship and that's enough in my eyes. Lol :)

We have a two cruises booked in almost back to back. We have a week's cruise on Allure of the seas (sun-sun) in Sept from Fort Lauderdale, and then another on our return from Miami on Mariner of the seas (Mon-fri). I have two questions - is it pricey to go from fort Lauderdale to miami in a Uber? And I'm sure you have all stayed in a great but inexpensive hotel in Miami near the cruise port? Can you name any that you loved. I was looking at South beach area maybe and get a uber to the port the next morning for our second cruise. [emoji4]
