Can anyone tell me if you can plug an HDMI cord into the tv's on Liberty and use a DVD player? Family traveling together and some of us want to watch movies late at night and thought we could all see the tv.

I've had success using HDMI on several ships now (Brilliance, Navigator) no universal remote necessary. There is a "blank" channel, 3 or something like that that, where it shows up. Played PS3 on those ships. Balcony and junior suite, respectively.

Keep us updated, I sail with Doctor Strange in November.

A few years back, I did it with a universal remote on Navigator. Last March, I didn't bring any HDMI devices, but I swear it had a channel specifically for an HDMI connection (literally the channel was telling you this). This past October, worked without universal remote on Brilliance.

Will be on Navigator in September, please report back.
