Actually, Carnival Corporation is an actual corporation. That means that the owners are anyone who owns stock in the company. I'm certain that there are some Israeli stockholders.

True but the main shareholders and the ones that run the company,are the arison family,they are israeli,in fact,one of them,shari, is rigth now,unable to leave israel due to a corruption case.

You can have breakfast and dinner in the mdr, but lunch you can't... However, you don't have to eat at the buffet. There are other food locations on the ship besides the buffet.

Now I have some more newbie questions

We are not fond of buffets,for several reasons,can we have all of our meals in the MDR??

What beverages are included in the price?we are not interested in paying for the beverage plans,we dont drink sodas and we drink little alcohol,its not worth to pay 50 dollars per day for a glass or even a bottle of wine,also,the beverage plan for 3 people for the whole cruise,costs us almost as much as what we paid for the cruise itself.

The last day,gthe ship arrives at 8am,can we have breakfast before?also,how much it takes to leave the ship?we would like to catch the 11 am flight to ewr if its possible.

You are preaching to the choir :). We live south of the Rio (in Mexico) for about 10 weeks a year and I would spend even more time south of the Rio if it wasn't for DW who has other ideas :). We would certainly be more happy to spend more time in BA and other parts of your beautiful country.

Thats is because in europe and many other countries,there is no tradition of drinking tap water in a restaurant,if you want water,you ask for mineral water.Regarding the time for eating,food,and certainly,dinner food,is meant to be enjoyed with the family,taking time to enjoy the food and make conversation

I believe that there are only 11 countries (plus the USA) whose citizens are eligible for the Global Entry Program. The remainder of the world is out of luck when it comes to GE. What we find interesting is that there are only 3 Western European countries on that list (UK, Germany and Switzerland).

I know,I,as an argentinian,have global entry.But you forget that many developed countries,have esta,that makes it a bit better to transit border control than people with a tourist visa.Also,the people working there,think that everybody living below the rio grande are the same,and that all of us want to move ilegally there....:eek::eek::eek:Plenty of us,have no need or interest to do that.

We would even be telling Americans on a non-stop flight from 500 miles away that 12:30 is really pushing it. 10:30 is certainly better and now within the 'range of possibility'. But is it impossible for you to travel the day before. One nice evening exploring one of America's great cities?

FYI: your cruise documents should list the final boarding time on your boarding pass. Mine shows at the top right next to my arrival appointment time. I'm not sure if you printed your e-docs yet, but you should see it there when you do.
