  1. I had posted about a week ago that one person in our cabin wasn't going. Well we found someone to go in her place. I had read and heard in more than one place that it was supposed to be a 50$ name change. Well when I called carnival the lady gave me this big lecture about cancelling one out and adding the other one and it would be almost 400$. Sounds a bit much considering it was paid for perviously. Should I call and talk to someone else or just plan on them having to pay that much extra?

  2. I have a cabin booked for three people. The third person is now not sure if they are going. We are looking for someone to help cover the 3rd persons spot, but now having much luck. The third person knows that they will not get their money back. My question is that if she doesn't go will we be better to just her not show up? And I paid for the cruise with gift cards, so how would the taxes and whatever else that might be refunded?

  3. We are currently booked for the dream in August. We have three people in a balcony room. I currently have a friend who would like to go with us. And would like to split it up to two people in each room. It is late and I no one at carnival is in. So just asking opinions here. She will have to book after the deposit is due, because of saving up the money. How is it going to work with carnivals booking. Would they be able to split us up and put two people in rooms without us losing everything that we have already paid (750 deposit). And put the third person from our room in the second room. And we booked early saver. Thank you.
