Would anyone know the cost of the transfer from Southampton to Heathrow from P&O?

Plan B would be to travel by National Express to Heathrow. I assume I should be able to make the 9:45 am Nat'l Express from Southampton Coach Station to Heathrow Terminal 2,3. Our plane leave at 3:45 pm. I was told the walk from where the National Express drop us off at Heathrow to Terminal 3 is approx. 15 minutes?

Do you know where your daughter caught the bus, and which bus line, to the park?
