Got off the ship yesterday. So easy! Carried our own luggage, used a private service and easily made an 11:20 flight to US. Our driver picked us up at 8am. Do yourself a favor and don't cut it too close. No need add stress to the end of a wonderful vacation.

I would like to know more about the VAT, too. Is the VAT only applicable when in Spanish ports?

My friend will be graduating from nursing school the week before we sail the Epic on May 13. FYI, she is 57 and the most determined individual i know.

Because the majority of her family will be with us, I would like to plan a surprise party for her. Is there an event planner available on the ship?
