Just curious where to find out what the rates are on laundry since they don't have self- service on Mardi Gras.

What do you guys know about Steven Schwartz? He will be on the Breeze later this year.

Just got off the Breeze May 7th. We LOVED Schwartz as our cruise director!! Seriously can't say enough good things about him!!

We have Errol booked for our excursion in July. I am a little worried about the timing still to do Blue Hole/Tubing from Montego Bay.

Can I ask how much ziplining was and how far away?

I think the advice that I am going to take away from this is that this is our cruise and to make the most of it as long as it doesn't put the wait staff out or take away from someone else ability to enjoy themselves on their cruise.

First time cruiser on the Carnival Magic in July with all kinds of questions. So many I have been able to find answers to on these boards- thanks to everyone who chimes in and answers questions.

My question is about the soda you carry on. I read about people bringing their own wine into the MDR and having to pay an uncorking fee or something like that. If you bring your own soda- can you bring it with into the MDR and put it in one of their glasses with ice? Or is that super tacky? Sorry if that is a silly question, but I haven't been able to find out much about it in my searches.

I have really enjoyed all your fantastic pictures and the fabulous review. We are going on our first cruise this summer with our kids who are 12, 17, and 19 so it was awesome to see the teen perspective. Thank you so much for sharing!

Did your waterproof camera recover from the moisture problem?

Hi! First time cruising this summer on Carnival Magic in July with my family of 5 (myself, DH, 19, 17, 12). We were going to book with Errol Bowen for Blue Hole/Tubing tour at a rate of $220 transportation, $10pp BlueHole $25pp Tubing. I was all set to book, but then discovered that transportation time is 2 hours each way. Being my first cruise, I definitely don't want to be stranded in Jamaica. Our port time is 9-6. Does this sound like it is cutting it too close?

If so any other recommendations for excursions? My boys especially would like adventure but we are on a budget.
