A related question: How are we able to check for new pricing once we have a Flexible fare on the books?  I have a pair of United flights chosen (SCL-IAH-LAX) for next November.  When I go to Manage Flights, I have options to cancel, ticket, etc., but nothing else.  How can I search fares for the same dates without cancelling the reservations I already have?

    TIA

We have booked flights for upcoming cruise in Sept. through Flight Ease and have changed our flight once already to a lower fare. Go to Manage Flights, and then choose change flight. It then gave us the alternate flight info we were searching for. Don’t know if it matters but I’m using an IPad. Seems to work well for us. Have checked prices many times since we booked in early January.

  2. I am new to Flight Ease, so I am just trying to clarify something. We have booked our flights to Vancouver for Sept. 2020. I checked prices this morning and they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper, so I changed our tickets to the lower fare. I have read some say you cancel flights and then rebook. Our lower fare is on the exact same flights we booked first. So my question is, do you only have to cancel your flight if the actual flight is different, or do you cancel your flight for lower fares on the same flight? Common sense tells me that changing the tickets on the same flight to get the lower fare and not canceling the flight and re booking was the right thing to do but I just want to be sure. Thanks in advance!

  3. Sailing on the Oosterdam, Aug. 30 out of Vancouver. We have booked the pre and post cruise transfers. Have cruised before, but this is our first HAL cruise. Flight lands at 10 am in Vancouver, we sail at 5pm. Flight leaves Anchorage at 2:30pm. Any advice, tips, or info on the process would be appreciated. Thanx
