Yes. You will clear Canadian Customs and Immigration when you arrive at the Railway Station. You will then clear US Customs and Immigration at the Pier before boarding the ship.

Usually I have walked off a Ship in Vancouver about 8:00 A.M. It is then at least 1/2 hour to the airport. So in THEORY you would have enough time. I for 1 would not count on the theory, as if the ship were late and you got off at 8:30 and had a long line to clear Canadian Customs and Immigration, you could be looking at 9:30 at the Airport, and if US Customs and Immigration are busy when you get there, (And I have seen and heard about very long slow lines at YVR for US Customs and Immigration) you could very easily miss a 10:30 A.M. flight.

The Pan Pacific and the Hyatt are quite close to each other, so it should pose you no problem to go back to the one you used last time.

On the Summit years ago on an Alaska Cruise, I had been on a fishing excursion and got back to my cabin a little on the late side, and my Room Steward was already fixing the room up for the evening. She asked me right away how the fishing had been! Then the last sea day, I had purchased a T Shirt and something else, and headed back to my cabin with of course a bag in one hand. My room steward saw me headed toward my cabin and rushed ahead of me to open the cabin door. Highly unecessary BUT even more highly appreciated! Then on the Galaxy a 12 nighter out of San Juan, a bunch of us CC types got together every night in the Martini Bar, and by early on decided that we would be in the same corner. The Waiter got to know us and what we wanted and as soon as we got seated he was there with our drink! He would often be busy as we left for dinner, but he let us go and then tracked us down at our tables to get the bill signed. I think his pockets were quite heavy at the end of the last night, even paper money can add up to weight quickly!

3 instead of 4 downs, longer and wider field, more players on the field, backfield can move before ball is snapped, all in all a better game. Major League without mega hype. Then of course there is the Grand National drunk AKA the Grey Cup Game, which is the Championship game of the CFL. The end result on the field is irrelevant, the parties leading up to it can be magnificent!:D

Intersting about RCCL changing terminals. They have been at Ballentyne for years! Certainly I can see on the webcam that the Millenium is over there today. I think maybe sometimes on the first run of the year RCC or CEl may get in at Canada Place but other wise they are always over at Ballentyne,

There is also a Whole Foods in Park Royal Village in West Vancouver, which may just be a bit closer to the West End. Walkable if you have all day but seriously an easy Bus Ride, as all West Vancouver Busses stop at Park Royal, and they have a few stops along West Georgia St. in Vancouver proper.

NO! RCCL and Celebrity use Ballentyne Pier. The Car Rental location is over at Canada Place. They might shuttle you but it is not walking distance and not the nicest of areas between the 2!

Not rally! Book a later ferry back to the mainland. Son't forget taht teh ferry trip is about one and a half hours, and you can count on 30-40 minutes (sometimes more) to get from the city to the ferry terminal.

No ac should be needed in Vancouver in June. Where exactly is this Times Squae Hotel? Denman and Robson are parralell streets thus do not intersect!
