The suite passenger's concierge can give the non-suite person permission to participate in your early boarding, as long as both parties are together. My wife and I did just that on our cruise December 2015.

No, I understand it is an individual pass. Same as if at the YWCA/YMCA or an exercise gym.

If you book a massage do you get use of the spa facilities for the day?

I heard no, the thermal pass is not for spa services such as massage, skin peels and facial masks etc.. It gives access to the spa's pool, hot tubs, lounge area, shower and locker facilities. Each are sold seperately.

However, my NCL PCC I guess is wrong again, in fact 3 times now.

I think the gist, for us, was one card and 3 people in the same cabin... would there be a $900.00 hold ($300 pp). The answer was no.

I will be looking for a different PCC for the next cruise.

We purchased spa thermal suite passes on the Epic 2 weeks ago and there was no gratuity added. Just the list price.

That is now 3 times my NCL PCC has been wrong with information.

Yes, one card can be used for everyone in the same cabin.

I purchased 3 Thermal Suite passes, the myncl.com website doesn't apply the 18% online. Heard from NCL PCC and they stated it is applied at the terminal upon checking in. We sail later this year and will know for sure then.

Make sure to have an amenity report sent to you and check if the charge shows up on your credit card statement. There were some issues with other cruisers and ncl's system did not actually charge the card.

It's one $300.00 credit hold per cabin/reservation # for a 7 day cruise. It is not per person.

We are in a mini suite. Not sure if it increases for a suite.

We prepay the DSC, at the end of the cruise we tip our MDR waiter, room steward and any exceptional bartenders.

Did you verify your credit card was charged the deposit? I agree with DMH15...I check mine frequently.

Will the smaller sized paper filters and Starbucks Pike Place grinds work in them we are in a minisuite.

The pouch meaning the grinds are inside the filter like pouch? I will need to bring filters then. I understand it's a drip 4 cup maker similar to hotels. I don't believe we are allowed to bring a coffee maker.

I had thought they were unionized. I will probably not take any to be safe. I am unable to lug cases around waiting for the cabins to be ready.

I called the port of New Orleans and Norwegian and clarified the information.

The porters perform their work in accordance to Norwegians policy-instructions.

Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of checked baggage. The case of water or soda is counted as a piece. In order for the porters to check it, ensure you only have 1 suitcase and 1 case of water or soda. You are also allowed 1 carry-on.

IIRC attempting to locate a company with this abbreviation. My NCL PCC said the porters at NOLA would handle soda and bottled water with a cabin tag. Now I want to confirm with IIRC and have our PCC corrected.

Are there restrictions from the porters sailing out of New Orleans?

Are the steam and dry saunas inside the locker rooms of the Thermal Suite area? Is there a hot tub inside the locker room?

I am in no way knowledgeable on this subject. But how do you prevent the ships satellite tower or whatever they have from charging a connect fee if you are using an alternative?
