Hi, we are do to travel on the Discovery in August and would like to know the opening times of the Restaurants for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Snack Shack, Afternoon Tea and Islands Buffet if possible. Thanks for you help, by the way not planning to try everyday just planning ahead.

Yes, we had 8566 in the Caribbean end March/early April and it was fine. There is a narrow interconnecting door between those two cabins but you can't hear anything through it at all, it's like part of the wall.
It's a very peaceful location as you get little through traffic.
We thoroughly enjoyed it, I'm sure you will too.
Thanks for your help :D

Hi, not many left but gave me a choice of 4 different cabin numbers.

Junior suites are excellent in size and have a large balcony with table and chairs plus a sun lounger. There is a seating area with easy chairs and a coffee table inside adjacent to the patio doors.
Large comfortable queen sized bed.
They are equipped with tea and coffee plus kettle, and also a coffee machine. There is a minibar/fridge.
The bathroom is a reasonable size with shower over the bath. Clarins toiletries are provided, as are bathrobes and slippers.
8520 is a 4 berth positioned below the pool deck area and may suffer from some noise from sunbeds etc, particularly in the morning. There is also an overhang which limits sun on the balcony. To avoid that you need to be astern of 8540, which is under the Glasshouse area and less prone to noise from above.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for your help, have changed room to 8568. Hoping this is a better location??

Hi,
First cruise in August and you are suppose to be able to sign up to their new Voyagers club on the 19th July but can't see how you become a member. I know the new club is not that good but still wanted to sign up. The website has a option to become a member but this refers to the old system. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
Thanks

Here is the locatiion. Just at the dividing line between forawrd and midships, so that's good from the point of not inducing seasickess. Likewise it is not considered a hgih deck also good from the point of not inducing seasickess.
Pete
Thanks Pete - you are amazing - legend.

Excursions-I can't help as we did our own.
Allegrissimo- Heineken and I think an English bitter on draught. There was more but I cannot remember exactly what. There are menus available and I'll try to link one here later.
Ice Cream-Again on Allegrissimo but was not limited to Vanilla or Choc. Came in small tubs.
Thanks for your help.

Have never taken ship tour, always DIY plus 2 private trips. Better value either way. Draught beer on Preziosa was Heineken. Can't help with icecreams, sorry. Ken

Hi, booked to go on MSC Fantasia in August and would like any advice with what are the best excursions with MSC or which ones to do yourself?
Itinerary
Naples, Messina, Valleta, Palma De Mallorca, Barcelona & Marseille.
Also we have booked the Allegrissimo Package and was wondering what the Draught Beer was on board and what ice cream was included i.e all flavours or limited to Vanilla/Chocolate.
Any tips or help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Mark
