There are $6 Blackjack minimums on the Breeze as well, The reason its $6 and not $5 is because it increases the house edge even higher for a table minimum player. A Blackjack at their low stakes tables pay crappy 6 to 5 instead of standard 3 to 2. So since its $6 minimum and they don't pay change it becomes an even worse $7 to $6 payout.
There is only one craps table on the Breeze and it was $10 min usually and plenty crowded on both my Breeze sailings. Double odds only. -
On this site it still describes Blue Bar on Glory as a cigar bar.
Bar Blue (Deck 5): The ship's main cigar bar is decorated with giant peacock feathers that extend from the floor almost to the ceiling. It's the only indoor venue for smoking pipes or cigars (which can be purchased there), and despite the stage, it hosts no entertainment. Is this no longer the case? I sail on her soon and was looking forward to a nice place to spark one.

Questions:
Who do you show the statement to? Your travel agent? Guest Services, once you're on-board?
Mail, Fax or Email at least two weeks before but no more than 100 days before your cruise.

I'd like to see some numbers proving cruise fares are actually increasing that much. As someone else mentioned, small upticks are normal as prices keep up with inflation.
This chart suggests it has been steadily getting cheaper to cruise since 2008 peak pricing.

Has Carnival or Player's Club cut back? Are they not as being generous as they had been in the past? Should I just wait and see what happens as we move into late spring?
yes, yes, my premier offers were the exact same for the past 3 quarters.

CCL stock is also a lot more affordable than RCL.
affordable meaning you get a higher quantity of shares of CCL v/s RCL when investing the same amount? That shouldn't really matter when comparing returns.

Has anyone had experience canceling/rebooking a rate that was through a casino offer? I have two cabins booked at a discount plus $500 OBC each for April. Was wondering if that OBC would carry over to the new booking along with the cruise credit for the rate paid? No luck getting through to my PVP so far, and I've read a number of threads with similar questions asked but no answers it seems.
