Do any of the bars serve other champagne drinks like Bellini's, Kir Royale, etc?

Formal nights were first sea day and Grand Cayman.

We did the following excursions:

Jamaica - "Paradise Cove, Swim & Scenic Coastal Cruise" through Princess

Grand Cayman - "Stingray Snorkel and Cayman Highlights" through Princess

Cozumel - "Cozumel Barhop" booked on our own

No, we did not eat in Horizon or Cafe Caribe at all other than when we attended the Crab Shack

We had Derrick last week. A good tour guide could make or break a trip and Derrick was great.

I second the recommendation for Derrick. We had a great tour with him. Roatan is gorgeous. Definitely someplace we would like to visit again.
