Seriously 1st world problem, I think from what they were saying every day the aim is to reduce their rubbish impact as they now have the metal water carriers in every room and no longer hand out thousands of plastic bottles, a very welcome move copied from river cruises that have done this for some time. Multiple small bottles of water are ridiculous items to carry and I can see them slowly getting rid. Given Perrier is no longer whet is was and has had so many problems why would you want to drink it? Water is water and as recent studies have show mineral waters can be less pure than tap!

BTW I didnt see them run out of anything on our recent cruise

From experience, SS are notoriously slow at proactively reacting to changes that will obviously be needed. I’ll take a guess this is partially down to wanting to keep hold of fare money as long as possible… and hope guests cancel and decide to cut their losses.

I agree about the slowness, had the same when Ukraine war kicked off and Black Sea was a no go but they will get there and they will do refunds (eventually). I think these days booking a cruise 2 years ahead is a hostage to fortune, look now how many areas are off limits

Cruise ships I've been on before gave a basic package for free and you paid for excess use. If its slow its often better to go in local coffee bar!

Its such a basic these days hotels generally don't charge, its like adding a charge to have our lights on!

How does it work for internet on Eclipse ? Do you get anything free or do you have to pay and if so how much? And is it any good or very slow like other wifis I've used on cruises before ?

I you get a Classic package I'm told you pay $11.80 to upgrade. Does this Classic package include say glasses of Champage or Bellini cocktail ?

Is the $11.80 on top or in total?

If you get drinks in your drinks package do they still charge tips to your account even though there is no money changing hands?

what's the difference between AQ 1 and 2 ? I coudn't see any in the cruise critic review

How much is an upgrade from Classic to premium per day ?
