Barcelona is usually fairly quick to get out of. I made a 1pm flight fairly easily but if anything had happened i would have been in trouble. I would give yourself 2:30 or later to be safe, and that depends on what group you're part of... if you end up booking on the earlier end, you can always let staff know about your flight, and I've had groupings changed based on that.

I posted earlier about my upgrade offer being accepted (high end of poor) from balcony (bc) to mini suite (Mb). Let's say my bid was $1 per person, and my credit card was charged the $2 right away.

My travel agent just gave me a call and said that they only charged half of it ($2) and that I need to pay an additional $2 to have that mini suite. Upgrade department is closed right now, so this can't get straightened out tonight.

Has this happened to anyone else? What ended up happening? I still have the email saying what my bid was, as well as the confirmation email of the suite upgrade for $1/pp, so I feel as though I'm on solid ground, but want to see if anyone has any feedback on this.

I booked a bc balcony leaving on getaway 5/25, and got notice today that I was upgraded to a mid ship mini suite. My bid was on the upper end of poor and they dropped fares again today.
