Hello everyone I am new to the board. I am going to do a carnival cruise wedding in Late April, Early May 2018 I am waiting to hear from my travel agent today or tomorrow on the booking! So I don't know exact date yet. I am a little frustrated that you HAVE to pay carnival in full instead of a non refundable down payment. My aunt fronted me the money, she knows it is my dream wedding.

The tour is free (up to 2) and $50 for any after that. One should be enough though.

You have to pay for everyone over 20, and you have to include the bride and groom in your count.

I'll email you all the info we have later this evening. The DJ is $75 extra, and if you want to guarantee you have your reception in the night club, you need to choose this option. And be the first one to do it. The first wedding that books the DJ gets the night club.

Thinking of carnival wedding 2017, so let me say thank you for 30 pages of amazing tips and struggles. I have a few questions Does the cruise tour cost extra? When they count the people over the 20 included do kids count? I'm sure they probably do but they don't drink so I was just wondering? Thank you, I'm sorry I said "book" I meant letter. I am doing a literary theme ... Love story vs. comic book. and I had BOOKS on the brain!

 

Also, I am a retired teacher so I probably go a little overboard on planning stuff, but I put together a 10 page "Welcome Letter" with a schedule and everything. I also wrote out our entire wedding outline and script including our vows. I'd be happy to share with anybody who wants to see.
