I've been on the Imagination a few times and have booked the Inspiration for a PreChristmas Family Getaway December 19th for 4 nights. For 5Adults & 2Kids
I was wondering what to expect with the update? We are on Empress and have connecting rooms with our twin 11year olds. The adults always do the Chef's Table while the twins go to kids club.
I'd love to hear about experiences with the food, kids club, chef's table and how the weather was if you just got off the ship.
Pictures would be great!
Thanks in advance! :D

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize dinner was going to be so long. That may be a night owl evening for them :) We are not heavy drinkers but it sounds like a very adult friendly atmosphere. Is the wine included in the chef's table fee?

We will be on the Imagination for a second time May 26th Celebrating my Husband's Birthday and were thinking of doing the Chef's Table. We will be traveling with our 10year old sons & were wondering what the experience is like and if we should include them in our reservation.
Also if anyone has a menu that would be great!!
Thanks much!:)

It has been raining and cool in the Bay Area this week with more rain on the way. I would think the first day would be cooler than usual. You may want to put weather.com app on your phone to find out what the weather is going to be like once you leave the Port of LA.
Enjoy!

Thanks for the help!
The November 8th Imagination cruise is a 4day so I thought it would be a bit more tame (if that's possible). I used to do this run in the 90's in my single days so I get the party atmosphere.
I was more concerned about the room itself. :D

Hi all
Will be sailing on the Carnival Imagination 11/8/2015 with my husband and twin boys. We are celebrating because it's they're birthday and I am going to have lung transplant surgery in 2016. :)
I've confirmed the handicapped room M298 on that sailing. However, I've heard that there was a lot of noise around it and can't seem to find any photos of the space.
This is my first cruise with children also so any tips, tricks & hints would be appreciated.
Many thanks!
