i finally got into the website......

i was just in my cruises on the website within the past 5 days.... since yesterday, i cant get in.....even tried forgot password and when i put my email in, it says its not recognized......anyone else having problems?

i was just in their website a few days ago and now i cant get in.....saying my user name and password isnt correct....even tried to use my email address to retrieve my password and it says that is wrong.....anyone else having problems?

Appears to be calm and sunny in Labadee, now. Waiting for more information.

dont think that is a current pic.....same one i seen an hour ago, just rechecked krooz-cams....dont think that person would be in that position that long

i upgraded end of august for our cruise on freedom this month to a balcony guarantee...after i paid the extra money for it, the rc rep gave me my cabin number......

we have our first RCCL cruise booked for October. I asked our TA (cruise specialist) to provide us with the reservation number that is needed to access the cruise planner as I wanted to make specialty dining reservations and book excursions and they say they can't. According to them, RCCL won't assign us a reservation number until later in the year / summer.

 

Does this sound correct?

Is this because we have booked through a TA? outside US/UK? a package deal (flight and cruise)? Or is this the norm and RCCL only provides reservation numbers 120 days out?

 

I haven't been happy with this TA but the price was amazing (and they are a cruise specialist with an excellent reputation) and somehow by now I am doubting pretty much anything they tell me. We started off on the wrong foot (didn't receive advertised onboard credit - we booked during their "valentines promotion" but as our booking wasn't processed until the following Monday it was no longer valid; no confirmation that our credit card details were received or when they'd charge the card or that they had charged the card; no option to pick dining times - have been told we have to chose dining time at online check-in etc.) and it just isn't getting better. I wish I could cancel (but would lose deposit, which is 20% of the fare) or transfer to our usual TA (can't due to having a package booked plus cruise alone would cost 1000 Euros more than the package, per person). I know the cruise itself will be amazing but somehow I have the feeling that the TA isn't trying :(

have you gotten your booking number yet? i am an at home agent and i should be able to pull it up on the one website we use to book.....

so with us being diamond, we can get an additional 20% off?

Cocoa Beach Shuttle and CorTrans are the two most often suggested shared shuttle operators between MCO and PC. I would check with the hotel to see what they suggest to get you to the port the next day.

 

We typically rent a car one-way from MCO and drop it off the morning of the cruise --- all of the rental companies in the PC area offer free shuttles to the port.

already checked, the hotel does have a shuttle to the pier for $6/pp....will check out the cocoa beach shuttle and cortrans!!! thanks so much!!!

flying into MCO in October and staying 1 night pre-cruise at the Radisson Resort...who does everyone use for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel? and also from the pier to the airport on the day of debarkation...thanks!!

Thursday i had to call royal about something else and out of curiosity, asked how much our 7 day premium package is with gratuities and he said 404.74

You only pay tax while you are still in the embarkation port up until the ship hits international waters, which means you'll pay MD sales tax from once you board till about 600 pm, I believe it is 5%, but it may have increased. You will not pay FL sales tax when you dock in Port Canaveral.

so your saying that when my co worker and i are on the pride a alittle over a week, while we are docked in baltimore and then when we are in port canaveral, we will be charged tax on each drink?? if so, how much???

got mine right here.....adventure in 05 was gold and we had a balcony....our granduer, for grand suite was silver and last april on the explorer, in a grand was gold....nothing on the last 2 saying it was a suite

just officially booked for may 2 next year!!!!! count down is on!!!!!
