  1. As others said check out the Chinese Embassy website. Have visited China and never heard of a group visa. They are issued only to individuals. No idea what you are talking about. If you cruise goes to China suggest you visit your roll call.

I have done a bit of research you can get a group visa for small groups as long as all the people who are in the group enter / exit together and travel together for the three days we are in China this will ideal and at a third of the cost

  2. Hi we have an upcoming cruise to China has anyone ever used or heard of 5 STAR CHINA TRAVEL.they are advertising.Type A group visas at £80 p.p and lasts for 16 days .They require a copy of a hotel reservation. As we will be staying one night in Beijing I am wondering if this will give us eligibility for the group visa

    THANKS

  3. I have just learnt that an entry visa to China now costs £195 .the new visa lasts two years ,Whitch is ok for people who visit regularly but not for tourists visiting for a few days .I think it's over the top and no doubt will have an impact on tourism

  4. If the cruise lines paid the staff a proper wage we wouldn't keep having the same debate time after time .tipping should be for good service at your disgression over and above the norm .not trying to guilt trip people into paying gratuities

  5. Hi I read that on the millennium we won't have any self laundry facilities . So could anyone tell me as celebrity don't allow irons to be carried on board how you are supposed to avoid looking as though you have slept in your clothes because you have not ironed them
