My family and I will be cruising on the Norwegian Escape on 9/3. I am looking for beach recommendations for Nassau. Does anyone have some insight into which beaches are good, which to avoid, ease of getting there from the cruise pier. Any info is welcome. Thanks in advance!

My family and I will be a party of 6 sailing on the Norwegian Escape on Saturday, September 3, 2016. We are staying at the Embassy Suites at Miami International Airport that Friday night. Would anyone know the best way to get from our hotel to the pier? Are there shuttles from MIA directly to the pier? Is there any sort of shuttle service that would pick us up at our hotel?

Just looking for an easy, hassle-free option. Thanks in advance!

Wow...I took your advice and Googled the Baths at Virgin Gorda. Wow....if it's even half as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures, it will be amazing. Is it easy to get to the Baths? How long does it take to get there on the ferry from Tortola? We are 233 days out and I'm already on pins and needles.

My family and I will be taking an NCL Escape cruise in September to the caribbean.

Can anyone share some detailed feedback on the ports of St. John and Tortola? I'm particularly interested in how easy it is to get a taxi or bus from the ship pier to beaches or other points of interest. Rather than signing up for all the expensive excursions, we're thinking of just taking a cab or bus to the beach and are hoping it's pretty easy, safe and reliable to do. Any feedback on that or the two ports in general would be most appreciated.
