I think that as long as you are dressed and groomed nicely you should be able to eat wherever. In the evening I wear nice shorts/dressy womens and a nice top along with a nice pair of saddles. My hair and makeup are done as well. Men should wear nice shorts and a collared shirt. And groomed..shaved, hair appropriately styled. I've been to very nice restaurants, and usually those with the most money dress and look the worst.

I was on Allure in July and could not find a place to get a good margarita. I like the "perfect" margarita with no sweet & sour but with contreau. Does anyone know of a bar that knows how to make one?? I'll be back.on her in May!!
Thanks

What day are u getting off the ship? We rented a car in Miami after we got off our last cruise, it was a Sunday, and the car rental did not open till later and you could already be in ft.lauderdale by then. I would Google shuttle service from port of miami to ft.lauderdale. having a car service pick u up and take u might be easier as well. The car rental process is easy at miami airport, with a reservation. The lines to sign paperwork and such will be the thing that takes the longest. Getting the car is quick.

I live in N. Georgia, so not alot of seafood up here and was so excited to be able to specifically book a seafood restaurant while on board the Getaway last year. Was very disappointed in the food choices and the amount that was given. Would not eat there again.

I research to see who has the best deals. I have found that several online T'S give you great incentives. I just booked with one that I got free gratuity, free specialty dinner, and OBC. You just have to research.

Newbie here, poking my head out of the sand LOL
My favorite is Lands End. You just have to watch for coupons and their suits last for years and hold up excellent. All of their pieces are mix and match.
I'm going on my first cruise at the end of May! So excited! I am learning so much on here and have enjoyed popping in and out throughout the day!

Hoka shoes are a life saver. They currently only
have wild colored tennis shoes and a slide called "the recovery slide". They are the best if you are suffering from PF. But not the best for nighttime on a cruise. That's when I switch to my sofft brand. I also wear my birkenstock for short periods.
