We are sailing soon with our family of four on the Ruby Princess. How are the upper and lower berths configured? Can you have a queen and 2 twins or will they all have to be single beds?

Make sure you bring something for motion sickness! I really felt it on the imagination on our way back and had to lie down until the meds kicked in. The miracle is a bigger ship though, so it should be smoother for you I hope! Happy sailing! [emoji2]

Hi! We have 5 of us booked for the tour through Carnival. In the photos, it looks like the kayaks are all doubles. Has anyone gone and know if there are single kayaks as well?

I would say price is why we booked Carnival. My boys wanted a water slide, and this one was one of the only ones we could afford with the updated carnival waterworks. If we booked Royal Caribbean, in order for us to afford it would have been a smaller ship with no water slide-just the rock climbing wall. The summer prices are always much higher than the rest of the year, even though it's considered hurricane season! Supply and demand at its best.

Thank you so much for the review! My family is going on Sensation on July 9th. I'm looking forward to hear about the Seuss breakfast. My boys ages 9 and 11 used to love Dr. Seuss, I hope they aren't too old to enjoy it!

I would love to hear as well if the ship sways a lot? My last cruise was on the pacific side-baja, and it was really choppy. I'm hoping the water is calmer in the Caribbean? I'd love to hear your thoughts! Have a wonderful time! [emoji267]

Can't you just buy the passes on the Atlantis website? I checked the pricing and it looked cheaper for a family of 4. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the advice everyone! I ended up booking a southwest vacations package with the holiday inn express airport/cruise. I was really worried about arriving in FLL at 12:45am, but I called the hotel and found out they have free transfers 24 hours a day. Even with the hotel and transfers to the port of Miami it is still less expensive than flying into Miami. I am no longer doomed! Lol.

Hi! I just put a deposit down for our cruise on July 9th from Miami. It seems like the airfare is rather high right now out of Las Vegas, should I wait until I make my final payment in May or book it now? Also, is it a big hassle to get to Miami from Fort Lauderdale? I worry because I am traveling with my kids. Any advice is appreciated! [emoji2]

I will be traveling with my kids from Las Vegas to Miami in July on an overnight flight that arrives at 6:30am the morning of our cruise( 3:30am our time) We will be exhausted before the vacation starts, I'm sure! Can anyone recommend a hotel we could check into for the few hours before we board the boat?
