I am not surprised. On our cruise a few weeks ago, I was amazed at how many people do not wash their hands after using the bathroom. It has been a while since I have seen that so rampant.

We cruised about 2 weeks ago and will probably never sail Princess again. You can check out my review of our experience. The food was not what I would expect (I have sailed on Princess before) except in the specialty restaurants. The ship needs some TLC and our cabin and water was filthy. I will say that the ship did not feel crowded and the pools/public area decks were in good condition.

It looks like we were on the same ship/trip. I think we had a very different experience. AND...we did not win bingo :(

I know cigars may be smoked in the cigar bar but did you notice if there was an outdoor venue for cigars?

There was not an outdoor area for cigar smoking that we found.

2. We looked for it in the Patter most days, then gave up and never got around to calling the reservation line for that option.

3. Wish I would have know that...the "regular" coffee was terrible. The only place we found decent coffee (lattes, mochas) was at the coffee bar.

On the Caribbean Princess a few weeks ago it was flank steak (terrible), mahi mahi, fettuccine basket, shrimp cocktail of some sort....can't remember what else.

We ended up booking with a travel agent. I think it ended up being the same base rate; however, she was able to get us more OBC. We were still able to login and book excursions, edit preferences, etc.

When we were in Belize a couple of weeks ago we went cave tubing with V.I.V. Tours. I know my kids would have loved it. You are able to hike a bit through the rainforest before getting on the river. It was not a strenuous hike and the tour company arranges for your tubes to be waiting for you at the top, unlike many others. We were on the tour with one other couple who decided to also go ziplining. This was one of the highlights of our trip, along with the food tour in Cozumel.

We booked our Belize cave tubing through ShoreTrips (sent to me by my travel agent) but I think you can also book it directly. Hope this helps.
