Hello everyone,
My family had booked a Mexican Riviera Cruise on the Horizon for this August. As many of you know, the Horizon is getting re positioned to Miami thus our cruise got cancelled. Unfortunately, with the two cabins we book, Carnival sent an email for each one indicating a 250 dollar fine per each passenger (there were 4 of us). Is this normal? Carnival cancelled the cruise so we are a little suspicious about why we got fined.
Nonetheless, any information that I can obtain would help a ton.
Thanks so much!

Hi everyone,
My family just booked a B2B sailing in late May of 2020 and am interested to know more about the drydock that is happening before that sailing. Specifically, what it will entail and what time is it scheduled for. I understand if this information is not available, however any information helps.
Thanks so much!

Thank you all for your help! We are thinking in late May of 2020 so I hope I can convince the rest of the family to book as soon as possible.

Hi everyone,
My family and I are thinking of doing a Freedom of the Seas Southern Caribbean B2B. We have never done a B2B and were curious for those who have experienced it, what was it like? Anything we should keep in mind?
Thanks for all the help!

Hi everyone,
My family and I are booked on the Jewel for a 9 night Greek Isles cruise June 8th in a Grand Suite. We have never done a suite before so I am extra excited. I’ve tried looking for recent pictures of the suite but I’ve been having trouble.
If anyone has recent pictures that would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

I myself am a high schooler and I actually hope my parents don’t take me out of school because the amount of work that’s needed to catch up is insane.

Hey everyone, my family recently booked a 9 night Greek Isles cruise on the Jewel of the Seas (June 8th, 2018) in a Grand Suite.
I've been getting confused by the suite perks as this will be our first Royal Caribbean cruise.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

As a 14 year old boy, whenever I'm on a cruise first priority is the sports court, because it will only get busier as more passengers board :).

Can't wait! I'm 14, so I'm excited to how much I'll relate to this review. ;)

On our 15 day to Hawaii, there were tons of kids. When we were on the elevator, there were 3 or 4 kids in there and I asked why they weren't in school. They said they were "home schooled". Mmmm, never even thought of that. I wonder what the percentage of children are home schooled. They were an amazing bunch of children. I have never seen such well behaved kids on a cruise. :)
I'm 14 and home schooled (because I'm traveling around the USA with my family), there are more than you think, on my Disney Dream cruise, there were no breaks but plenty of kids to hang around, mostly home schooled :).

You could hide items she'll need for the fun trip in the eggs.

I was open to any class ship when I was looking for a cruise, but the Breeze was a good deal so we ended on that. Like other people said, I'm spoiled since the Breeze has pretty much everything and is the newest ship. I want to try a new ship now, but I'm only looking at Dream and maybe Conquest class.

Thank you everyone for the kind welcome, I've been looking at the Freedom class ships as well as the Oasis but I can't seem to decide, but all of your information helped a lot.
-
I would look at Voyager class, Freedom class, Oasis class or Quantum class ships since they have lots to do for everyone. When my son was your age, he loved the full size basketball court on the Mariner and enjoyed the teen program. Have your family look on the cruise line's website for all that each class has to offer. Planning and research can be fun. Enjoy!
Thank you very much for your response and opinion.

Hi! My name is Ethan, and I am 14 years old. My family has just gotten interested into cruising, and as a planner I'm already researching. As a teenager, I love activities over everything (except maybe food, of course). After reading more and more about Royal Caribbean it sounds very appealing. I'm curious what your favorite ships are in the fleet, and why. We're looking for a large ship (RC has plenty of those) with a variety of things to do, but we also don't want to feel crowded.
I'm also new to the forum, so if I make some mistakes I'm still getting used to roaming around haha.
Thank you for all your help!
