  1. We went with Spencer last week and although we didn't love some aspects of the tour, it was vastly preferable to go by boat than van. We heard from others on our ship that spent an hour and a half each way in the back of a van to get to and from Soufrière. No thank you. The boat ride took about 45 minutes and was beautiful and scenic both ways.

I've read some posts on this website that this was a speed boat ride going and coming back. If you get seasick easily, would this be a problem?

  2. This is their site. I contacted them through here. https://brenda-n-frankosfuntours.com/ You can find all of the information you are looking for there. We decided to go on the sightseeing, shopping and beach excursion, it was $40 a person. It was an open air safari bus. There was 8 from our group and then 5 other people. Our tour was 5-6 hours long. As I said there are different tours, different lengths and different adventures. All reasonably priced.

When you booked your reservation with them, did they charge you for the full amount of the tour already? We are a family of 6 and are going to be doing the same tour you did and wanted to hear your feedback to see if it was worth it.

  3. We just got back from our cruise and we ended up going to both the Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls. As a non swimmer, I enjoyed Dunns River Falls more than the Blue Hole. We were very fortunate to have very good guides at both places. They really do help you A LOT! We had David Price and Roger for Dunns River Falls. They were both great! The climb of the falls were tricky. There were a lot of rocks that were slippery but since we were all holding on to each other and helping each other it wasn't too bad. We didn't need life jackets for Dunns River falls as the water wasn't really too deep. It was an achievement getting to the top of the falls.

For the Blue Hole, we were given life jackets. This excursion is more for an adventurous person. The water was definitely deep but you weren't forced to do all the jumps at all. I personally wouldn't do this again but my older girls liked it. My husband and one of my teenagers even did the 20 ft cliff jump and had a blast. Me and my 9 year old only did the little cliff jumps. I think it is still worth trying it at least once in your life.
