Are you sure about this? OP is on NCL. there are lots of complaints about being charged 18% gratuities at final payment on "free" beverage package.
I mean if I'm reading t correctly it says on my reservation package fees 224$ after my room amount and taxes and port fees. So I'd assume they were paid

Where are you from?
If you booked in the US, you would have been charged 18% grats on your 'free' drink and dining package. This should have been shown when you booked. Your $190 only covers the basic service charge/grats- $13.50 per day, 2x people, x7 days= $190. So if the 18% on the packages is applicable that should have been shown seperatley and isn't included in that $190.
If you are in the UK (and possibly europe? not sure) there is no 18% to pay on the drink and dining package as legally they are not allowed to charge it in the UK. So free is free!
Yeah I'm in the u.s.a sailing from Miami I rechecked my booking and I was charged for the dining and beverage already now should I bring singles to tip the bartenders more or is it not expected

Hey all new cruiser here and I will be sailing in the ncl escape next month and I had a question. My fiancé and I will be staying in a balcony cabin room and I know we have to pay a 190$ gratuity the question is does that include the ultimate drink package too and dining package it came with or will there be an additional gratuity charge when we're on board.. thank you for your help.

Ok so I will start off by saying I'm new to cruising. That being said I will continue in to a two part question.
First I will be sailing on the ncl escape feb11 and I had gotten a balcony room so I received a drinking package and a restaurant package. With the restaurant package do I have to pay any additional charges or is it just the cover charge or is there a price per plate? Thank you
Second question is I'm planning a destination wedding for 2018 so I have plenty of time. How often does a ship change its ports of call and what reasons would they. I was thinking of doing the breakaway to the Bahamas but I don't want to miss my wedding day if they for some reason change the course. Thanks guys

How is barginning looked at in Mexico?
in Mexican Riviera

When I went to Mexico like 2 years ago I literally bargained down everything somethings they won't move on and some they will. But you would have to be ready to walk away with out it because most of the time when I walked away they would budge at the price I wanted to pay.
