We were on harmony over Halloween which fell on the last formal night. They would not move formal night so I spent formal night dressed as colonel sanders riding a giant inflatable chicken.

As cello56 said call special needs at 1(866)592-7225 and tell them you need the alternative muster drill. They will make a note in your reservation. You can also ask for pier assistance. Once you get on board go directly to guest services and request the alternative muster drill and they will give you instructions on where to go. You can also go to adventure ocean on the first day and talk with the staff. My son has autism and they are very accommodating.

Just to make sure I understand correctly because we also want to just see the aquarium. You can just pay to get in the aquarium. You don't have to buy a day pass for anything else. TIA

Just re priced my February 2019 cruise to take advantage of Black Friday sale , and had to switch from a refundable deposit to non refundable.

We were on freedom last December and had to schedule through guest service desk, but there was no one on board certified for in room babysitting. We took our two kids to the nursery at adventure ocean. Had to pay per hour per kid but it was worth it.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom suite on freedom and would do it again. We had 11 family members and it never felt crowded. One the balcony is huge and easily fit everyone with room to spare.

What I mean by check in is when you get to the terminal and give them your documents and they issue you your sea pass. On the on line check in my mom and wife are grouped together in a box and everyone else is on their own. I was just making sure it wouldn't be a problem when we arrived at the terminal everyone had a set sail pass but my wife.

My wife and my moms set sail pass got linked together some how. When I print the passes only my moms name is on the pass. Will this be an issue at check in if my wife has a set sail pass with my moms name on it?

thanks for all the responses. there was a lot of people trying to get in and out of port with just allure in port, so wasn't sure how that would work with two ships in port. tsconley19 we'll wave back. hope we get a good look at harmony.

Harmony and freedom are departing FT. Lauderdale on the same day (12/10/16). Can royals terminal accommodate both ships at the same time or does royal have multiple terminals? Has anyone ever experienced two ships being in port at same time?

I asked Club Royale about this exact scenario and was told to go to guest services to get refund on the drink package. They didn’t say how it would be refunded, but if it is OBC and it’s not all used before end of cruise it should be refunded to your CC.
