That's right, you are working on packing the bags for a little adventure, good for you. Memory says both are side by side. Kind of long narrow, windows at the ends. Rather relaxing set up. If I'm right, i think the sauna is one sided double bench style with sauna rocks on the opposite wall. Steam is beautiful marble tile, benches long ways each wall. The Carnival, Liberty and Conquest are my fav ships for CCL.

I always was I am Diamond on RCCL and due to Freestyle stayed away from NCL for years but decided to try out the ships with the solo lounges and it is a great way to meet people. But this time I am

Back to RCCL in a solo cabin and we will see how it goes.

Diamond as well, I understand your perspective, with the newer ships time will tell if RCCL is making the right choices for cruise stakeholders. I'd be interested in your comments after the cruise.

I have done 2 cruises in the solo studios and one in a balcony cabin but going to the solo lounge for meetings I found it a great way to meet people for dinner and shows

 

The studio cabins are great well thought out I have been in larger insides that felt more cramped. I am doing a solo studio with virtual view on the Anthem next month will see if they are as well set up.

Hello, pardon me if I missed it, the 2 cruises with solo studios, which cruise line? I'm learning to travel solo and trying to understand cabin options.

Yeah can't wait, Syd down to Tas then onto NZ then return to Syd - my 2nd ever cruise, 1st time cruising with RCCL & my partner lol

Personally I think an all gay cruise would be a little too OTT for me, however hanging out with others on cruise would be fun. I'm cruising with my partner on the Ovation of the Seas from Syd 15 Dec - 30th

Anyone have favorite stops for spas. I finally have a cruise with no family in tow and would like to simple relax and go freestyle for a while.

For all the above, Conquest is a "fun" ship, crew were very engaged, spa areas good, lots to do, great food on deck with Guys burgers. We always gave a good time.

So I'm kinda getting the vibe that regular cruises can be engaging similar to gay cruises, just have to get out and participate?

Because I've tried to skim the last few pages, I started reading the post in 2014 and kept getting hooked on the pics and decided that wasn't a fast way to understand what I needed to ask...
