we are going on the Carnival Glory for a Journeys cruise 14 nights this coming Saturday on Halloween. Thank you for all of your great input. my longest cruise has only ever been 9 nights. i hope i can make it 14 nights and not get too seasick.

51 days til we set sail for 14 Night Journey Cruise!!! So very excited!! I cant wait to eat at the fish and chips again! Ate there on the Valor and loved it!

i don't think they have gratis steam and sauna on the Breeze. if someone has been in these for free, i would like to know.

i would buy some ginger candy off of amazon. really helps with motion sickness.

Does anyone know if there is a faster way to get to St. John from St. Thomas other than taking the ferry and cab? all of that transportation eats up so much time!

Are there no tour operators that have speedboats that whisk you away instead of the 40 minute slow ferry?

the anticipation to my cruise is driving me crazy! So I will join in the fun!

I love boarding the ship, finding the stateroom, dropping the stuff off and back up to the Lido Deck for food!!!

One of my other favorite things to do is watching the water at the aft of the ship under the moonlight and stars <3

I also love the steam room and saunas!

hi! I noticed you said you've sailed in October. I was wondering about your weather experience!

my first cruise on the valor was in October and it rained in Belize. Smooth sailing though, but I always get seasick first day.

this upcoming cruise we are sailing on Halloween day, so I hope its nice!!!!!

We had such a wonderful time on Bonaire!! Took the water taxi over to Klein Bonaire.. The most amazing snorkeling we've done so far!!!

so you don't need to take a snorkeling tour in Bonaire? shore snorkeling is good from Klein Bonaire?? do tell pls. thank you.

well this time we got lucky and called on a Friday - only had to put a $99 deposit down and pay every pay day until final payment. One secret is to book way in advance, that way you have plenty of time to pay it off.

I paid my cruise off before final payment which is August 16th. I am now paying my gratuities off in payments. As long as you pay all off before final - you are good to go.
